I know I can trust the knowledge and expertise at Jake's (since he's worked on my cars previously) and if their is a problem, they will own it and make it right.
I'm not much of a reviewer, the last thing I want to do is spend more time typing in front of a computer after work, but after the service I received from Jake's I feel obligated to write a review. I've been to many mechanics in my life, but it's rare that you find one who is willing to do the right thing.
Heading up the road my truck is misfiring. Thanks for not following directions and helping me to piss away some hard earned money.
Y'all changed 1 plug, 1 coil pack & charge me 150 bucks.
Not very happy guys. Asked for change of plugs and wires because I had a misfire.I get a call Friday afternoon "your truck is done".

I took my car in to get the fuel injectors replaced. This is a labor intensive job that made me cringe at the thought of doing it myself. When I got the car back, it ran fine for a few miles, then another cylinder died. I took it back to Jake's and he looked at the car and made it right with no complaints whatsoever. He found a faulty fuel injector after the replacement. I even was stuck at work late the night the car was complete and Jake still made time to talk to me after the office was technically closed.
