Took car in for scheduled oil change and brake inspection, after sitting there for over an hour was informed that they could not get lug nut off and if they had to keep attempting it may cause damage to rim possibly costing hundreds of $$ but they could attempt it with no promise of when it would be finished, other than not today, Saturday but they should be able to get to it Monday. I left there and went to fireman. Will never go back to firestone! Will tell everyone I know what a joke this place is!
