Good food but would like to see employees with more hairnets. Some didn't have any at all. Holding money and making food. Shakes are good though. I've noticed the sandwiches have gotten smaller and prices have went up from when I use to go to Rally years ago. Big buf... is half the size it use to be.
Very disorganised. Orders weren't correct and was not informed of ingredients until food had already been paid for. When asked to correct mistake cashier continued to shut window. Overall poor service.
I usualy like to eat here for a change of pace, but the last TWO times over a week apart they have been out of Buns for the Big Buford style sandwitches and then the next time they were out of beef patties !!!??? Whoever is managing this store is Dropping the Ball Big Time !
Food was great and fast but they seemed to be out of a lot of stuff and had to substitute several things in our order. They seemed pretty busy the whole time we were there and seemed to be keeping up with the orders.
This place has some of the best food in town. The employees are super friendly.
